Hello, and a very warm welcome to our new website. We are delighted and excited to introduce Harcus Law and Harcus Property, the new brand identities of The Orkney Law Practice and Orkney Financial & Property Centre.
At Orkney Financial & Property Centre, we have offered estate agency services to our clients since around 2008. We also began providing legal services from within our premises in 2010, with Orkney Law later purchasing Orkney Financial & Property Centre in 2018.

While we continue to offer you the best possible legal and estate agency service and advice in our usual friendly and professional manner, the time was right to bring the two companies together. With a fresh and modern brand identity, it better reflects the values and expectations of ourselves and our clients.
We have been delighted to partner with the excellent creative agency, 39steps, to create our new brand identity and website, specifically designed to present our clients’ properties in the most professional and user friendly manner to potential buyers. Each of our clients’ properties are presented in our brand new, professionally designed, sales particulars. Please check them out in our Property section. We hope you like them as much as we do!
By joining RightMove, coupled with our longstanding relationships with both Zoopla and On the Market and our new look Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages, we’re able to bring our clients’ properties to the widest possible market.
